Aged Cheese

Our herd of organic Brown Swiss cows provide milk that is especially suited for fine cheeses. Our team of cheesemakers draws inspiration from our local land to create artisan cheeses that are Hoosier originals drawn from European classics. The cheeses are handmade in small batches using traditional methods that draw out the natural flavor and color of milk raised on our rich pastures.
