Perched atop our historic barn with a stunning view of our pastures, The Roost is our beautiful new private event room. Guests can now enjoy The Loft Restaurant’s unique farm-to-table experience in the privacy of their own dining and meeting room. From private parties to business meetings, The Roost is the ideal place for gatherings of all kinds.

Dining at The Roost offers a custom experience at our “chef’s table” that combines the best of gourmet fare with the pastoral beauty of the outdoors. Large windows and the room’s wrap-around balcony offer a picturesque view of our 150 acre dairy farm and a lovely reminder of the seasons that inspire the dishes on our chef’s menu.

The Roost’s interior marries rustic and modern for a simple and charming atmosphere. The unique handcrafted fireplace and wood interior make a cozy setting for gathering with friends, family, business associates, or clients.

With the addition of the adjoining lounge, overlooking The Loft’s dining room, The Roost can accommodate up to 50 guests. It is equally suited for smaller parties as well, and can be arranged to suit a wide variety of sizes and occasions, including groups who require AV.

Every Friday night our guests can enjoy their farm to table experience along with live music from local musicians. From the acoustic guitar and vocals of Jes Richmond, to the bluesy beats of Gordon Bonham, or the smooth jazzy vibes of Cathy Morris’s electric violin you are sure to start your weekend off on the right note!

During the summer, our live music takes the party outdoors for our Fridays on the Farm celebrations. Enjoy our musicians on the garden lawn as you sip on a drink from the bar, lounge on our pallet furniture, shop at our farmers market, or enjoy a delicious meal at our Dinner on the Deck!
