  The knowledge and dedication required to produce 100% grass-fed milk comes from our farm team.  The farm team nurtures the land through careful implementation of the rotation farming system that is a common practice in other parts of the world. The result is exceptionally fertile, well-nourished soil wherein grows a precisely selected blend of grasses, herbs and flowers. This keeps the herd outdoors, happy, healthy, and producing organic, grass-fed milk high in the proteins and naturally occurring healthy fats like Omega 3, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), and nutrients necessary to make top quality, delicious and healthful products. The farm team here ensure year-round, outstanding nutrition for the herd, which makes us the only Creamery in the country to provide 100% grass-fed milk in a bottle - along with all the outstanding health benefits that are unique to grass-fed milk.

The talent, traditions and experience of Creamery manager Fons Smits is behind our pure, fresh, non-homogenized whole milk, chocolate milk, award-winning yogurts, ice cream, and handcrafted cheeses. All of our products are original creations and recipes that Fons develops and carefully fine tunes. Smits received his education in the Netherlands and holds advanced degrees in dairy technology, water purification, product control and microbiology. He has worked in dairy processing all over the world, including East Africa, Brazil, China and California. Born and raised in Holland's dairy region, Smits makes products according to Dutch tradition, yet with a creative twist in texture and flavor that makes them contemporary and unique. The products are made using only the best ingredients available and without preservatives, additional coloring or flavoring. The creamery creations are always decidedly different, though based on centuries-old techniques.
