Farm Tapas Night Every Tuesday and Thursday in the Loft! 6 - 9:30 p.m. Did you love the Tapas Night? And the Mediterranean Night? But still love our farm fresh burgers? Have no fear! We have combined Tapas, Mediterranean and some good old farm meals into ONE menu...available TWO nights! Farm Tapas Menu highlights: Portabella Duxelle Bruschetta with Goat Cheese a blend of balsamic marinated portabellas, roasted garlic and shallots, spread on French peasant bread and and topped with open-flame roasted goat cheese. Baked Artichoke and Spinach Fromage Dip organic artichoke and water chestnuts blended with our fromage blanc and mozzarella, baked and served with toasted rosemary wheat bread. Paella Traditionale a sauteed medley of onions, fire roasted tomatoes, bell peppers, garden picked beans, stewed Northern beans, carrots and celery, with pork, bacon lardons, and chorizo in an infused short grain rice topped with melted Fleur de la Terre and manchego cheeses. Fig BBQ Organic Pulled Pork Sliders Gunthorpe pork shoulder, slow roasted overnight and pulled, tossed with our sweet and tangy fig BBQ sauce. TPC Three Cheese & Macaroni Chuck Wagon style mac 'n cheese with organic macaroni noodles in a rich, TPC cheese and milk sauce with TPC chicken and Gunthorpe bacon. And we'll have half-priced bottles of wine to go with your meal! Come out and enjoy a night full of unique, organic items!

Artisan Cheese Medley a wonderful blend of cheeses, including Traders Point Fleur de la Terre, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan topped with Italian seasoning. White Pizza garlic cream sauce with Fleur de la Terre, spinach, portabella mushrooms and onion. Add chicken for $2. Garden Veggie red ripe Roma tomatoes, striped summer squash fresh from our garden, red and yellow sweet bell peppers, and a mix of fresh mushrooms, including shiitake, crimini, and oyster, topped with a blend of cheeses, including Traders Point Fleur de la Terre and mozzarella. Carne hand-cut bacon and homemade sausage made with Gunthorpe Farms pasture pork, sun-dried tomatoes and red onions, topped with a Traders Point cheese blend. 100% Grass-fed Beef Lasagne TPC's 100% grass-fed beef lasagne with organic marinara, TPC Fleur de la Terre, Fromage Blanc, parmesan and mozzarella. American Grill Night every Friday in the Loft! 6 - 9:30 p.m. New on Friday Nights: American Grill Night! All your grilled favorites brought together on one menu! American Grill Menu highlights: Pizza Sticks spicy sausage, vegetable or TPC cheese and marinara. Homemade organic pizza dough wrapped around one of our three fillings. Warm Mushroom Salad a blend of wild mushrooms on mixed greens with candied pecans and Gorgonzola cheese served with our honey mustard dressing. Stuffed Farm Burger 100% grass-fed Farm Burger with a delicious center of caramelized onions, crispy bacon, spicy Fromage and Fleur de la Terre. TPC Grilled Chicken Sandwich TPC chicken breast grilled and served on a Valentine Hill Farms herb roll with sun-dried tomato pesto and Fleur de la Terre. TPC Strip a grass-fed center cut sirloin grilled to your liking, seasoned with our dry rub and garnished with our steak butter. Barn Rafter Fromage Alfredo penne pasta with TPC Fromage Alfredo with asparagus, mushrooms, squash and bell peppers, all under one roof of garlic toast.

Organic Airline Chicken Gunthorpe Farms organic airline chicken breasts with a lemon and fennel rub white wine thyme sauce served with purple peruvian potato gratin. Pan Seared Sea Bass fresh wild-caught sea bass pan seared with organic sea salt and black and green cracked peppercorn served with red pepper risotto and grapefruit buerre blanc and buerre vert.
Family Style Night every Sunday in the Loft! 5 - 8 p.m. Does hearing "old-fashioned, home cooked meals like Grandma makes" make your mouth water?? Then don't miss our Sunday Night Family Style Dinner! All these dinners are created large enough to serve 4 - 6 people..so bring the family and pass a platter to share! Family Style Menu highlights: Gunthorpe Farm Roasted Chicken and Dumplings a whole roasted organic chicken with a lemon fennel rub and all organic homemade sea salt and black pepper flour dumplings. Smoked Ham and Sweet Potato Casserole a smoked Gunthorpe Farm ham roasted to perfection with an Agave nectar glaze and sweet potato casserole topped with brown sugar and sweet cream. Grass-fed Roast Beef and Potato Mash slow roasted grass-fed beef with au jus and our TPC whole milk yogurt and herb mashed potatoes. Lunch in the Loft The Loft serves a farm-fresh menu that incorporates our 100% grassfed beef and award-winning cheeses. We also offer fresh salads and delicious housemade soups daily.
