The glass jars maintain the cottage cheese’s integrity, meaning none of the leaching that occurs with plastic containers happens in the new glass jar and the shelf life of the cheese is extended, especially compared to plastic packaging. Glass containers are 100 percent recyclable and rated Generally Regarded as Safe (GRAS) by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the only packaging material to receive that rating for foods and beverages, resulting in no pollution on the earth or in our bodies.

Fromage Blanc is a fresh, spreadable cheese similar to cream cheese, or boursin style cheese. Fromage Blanc Plain is a wonderful base for a variety of gourmet dishes from you or your favorite chef’s kitchen. We also add our own blend of organic herbs to create our Garden Herb flavor, and a blend of spices for our Spicy variety.
Fromage Blanc – Great for use instead of butter or cream cheese, it’s rich in flavor with fewer calories. Also, spread on crackers, melt on pizza, or add your own spices for your own dip for veggies.
Fromage Blanc Garden Herb – A delicious addition mixed into mashed potatoes or used as a sandwich spread. Also fantastic crumbled into a salad.
