At The Loft Restaurant, we believe that food has a story. As a farm-to-table restaurant with a strong organic emphasis, we follow our food from the pasture to the plate to ensure that you can trust its sources. We believe that the finest dishes begin with fresh ingredients. Many ingredients –like our garden-fresh produce, artisan cheeses, organic dairy products, grassfed beef, and pastured pork –travel only a short distance from our land to our kitchen.
Our rotating menu reflects our dedication to raising and serving food in harmony with the land. Featured dishes rotate with seasonal changes to bring diversity and a unique sense of place to the menus created by our Chef. The seasonal menus can be paired with our selection of organic and sustainable wines and beers.
The story of your food is also the story of our partners: other small local food producers who, like us, understand that both labor and love are the keys to good food and a satisfying dining experience. Whenever possible, we purchase from their farms, gardens, and kitchens.
